About the Role

In this role you will be in charge of our clients, partners and distributors, which requires a diverse set of skills and responsibilities.

Clients - the foundation of our business
- Contracting: You will manage the contracting and payments process with all of our domestic and international clients and assure that this is a smooth experience for them
- Onboarding: You will onboard the client teams and make sure they are familiar with our product and offerings
- Problem solving: You will address all client concerns, from forgotten passwords or login problems, to an urgent data set that they might need for an investor by midnight. This reaches from the mundane task to the critical strategic asset
- Value add: You will bring new ideas to our clients of how to gain value from our offering and product

Partners - this includes conference organizers, media outlets and others
- Prospecting: You will actively prospect for new partnerships in our target verticals and regions.
- Contracting: You will manage the contracting and payments process with all of our domestic and international clients and assure that this is a smooth experience for them
- Execution: You will own the execution of any deliverables for them

Distributors - these include industry and regional stakeholders to expand our client base

Requirements

You are the face of GQI for our clients and partners

  • Highly professional demeanour

  • Detail obsessed and very diligent

  • Pro-active problem solver, especially in fields that you have no prior experience or expertise in

  • A people person - you are empathetic with client and partner concerns

  • Organized - you are able to put all of this into internal processes and tools that allow to assess status and monitor progress
